It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The Dynamics 365 CE app for Outlook is lightweight and is used for accessing records from Outlook for desktop and the web.

The navigation options in the Dynamics 365 CE app are similar to what we have in the Dynamics 365 CE mobile client.
