So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The presentation layer
The first layer we can see in the preceding diagram is the presentation layer, which is responsible for providing the interface for the user for accessing Dynamics 365 CE. This layer provides many points that we can extend. Let's look at all of the items included in this layer.
