So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Connection roles
Connection roles define a display name for the association between two entity records. By default, Dynamics 365 CE contains many connection roles. We can use this setting to modify existing records or to create new connection roles. For example, the following is a screenshot of the Partner connection role:
Here, we can select a list of the record types with which we want to use the connection role.
