So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Dynamics 365 CE upgrade activities
A Dynamics 365 CE upgrade is a step-by-step process, and the activities you will perform during an upgrade depend on the deployment type. For example, if we are working with an on-premises upgrade, we may need to work on setting up the environment and setting up the application and SQL servers, along with reporting and email servers. Once the servers are set up, we have to install software and the required patches, which is a time-consuming process. Apart from setting up infrastructure, other activities are mostly the same for upgrading Dynamics 365 CE Online and in an on-premises deployment. Let's discuss the high-level activities, one by one.
