Card forms

These forms are used in Unified Interface apps for lookup control and views.

Now that we have learned about entity forms, we are going to modify the main form of the vehicle entity. So, let's navigate to Forms and double-click on the Information main form. The three areas of main forms that can be used to display fields are as follows:

  • Header is the top section of the main form where we can place a key field. We can select Header and can drag which fields we want to see on the form. Make sure to enable Display options. The form head will show a maximum of only four fields that will be read-only. Any additional fields will be moved to the drop-down flyout.
