In Dynamics 365, we can use two options out of the box to automate Dynamics 365 CE tasks: Workflow and Power Automate. Using Workflow can be very useful, especially for business users, and no technical knowledge is required to write workflows. Dynamics 365 CE provides an out-of-the-box workflow designer that we can use to create different workflow processes based on our requirements. Workflows are also associated with a specific event to trigger their logic. Similarly, we can create a Power Automate workflow from Dynamics 365 CE.
