Summary 

In this chapter, we learned about project requirements and how to capture them using different techniques. We learned about analysis techniques and their requirements. Later, we discussed how to perform a Fit-Gap analysis and work on the project plan. Finally, we learned about the main points you need to keep in mind while preparing the project plan.

In the next chapter, we are going to discuss how to prepare functional and technical design documents that can be used in the later phases of a Dynamics 365 CE implementation.
