Outlook and mobile

These settings are used to enable our entity for Outlook and mobile devices. We have the following options available under this setting:

  • Enable for phone express: Using this option, we can enable our entity to be available under the Phone Express app from Microsoft.
  • The Enable for mobile option can be used to enable our entity for mobile apps that are available for different mobile devices such as iOS and Android. We can enable our entity to be used in offline mode as well so that we can use our entity even if we are not connected to the Dynamics 365 CE server.
  • The Reading pane in Dynamics 365 for Outlook option allows us to enable our entity for a read-only view in Outlook.
