Main forms

This is the main form that is displayed to a user irrespective of the device they are using to access a Dynamics 365 CE application. This form is automatically created with the primary fields as soon as an entity is created. Later, we can modify this form and other controls as required. We can also create multiple forms and apply form security, so as to display this main form to users based on their security roles. For example, we may create one type of main form that is displayed to salespersons, and create another main form for administrators.
