These settings can be used to relate our entity with other entities and services, for better communication and collaboration. We have the following options available under these settings:
- The Feedback option is used to capture feedback from the user for the entity record. For example, we can use this setting to capture customer service experiences with HIMBAP Auto Service Center in the Auto Service entity.
- The Notes option is used as a free text area in an entity record, where we can also upload documents to our entity record.
- The Activities option is used to allow activity support for our entity. If we want to create activity records related to our entity, we can select this option.
