Email

This tab is used to set up email settings for a Dynamics 365 CE organization. We can set up options for how we want to integrate email, using server-side synchronization or an email router.

We can set up default synchronization methods for all the users from this tab. By using the email process for unapproved users and queues, we can configure whether we want to process emails for the users and queues whose email addresses are not approved by the system administrator. By default, these options are enabled. Using this tab, we can also set up email tracking options. We can use the following two options for email tracking:

• Using tracking token
• Using smart matching
