This tab is used to configure service app-related settings. For example, we want to enable/disable a service-level agreement (SLA) for all of the entities where an SLA is enabled. We can also configure options here to decide if we want to apply an SLA on the entity records automatically or if we want to apply it when the SLA is selected manually on the entity record.
In this tab, we can also set up record status when we want to pause an SLA. For example, when the case is on hold, we may not wish to track the SLA. Lastly, we have the option to apply default entitlement to case records based on the customer when a case is created or updated.
