I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Since the early days of Dynamics CRM, this has been the easiest way – and the traditional way—of analyzing customer data. We can download Dynamics 365 CE data using the Export to Excel option and can use formulas, charts, and pivot tables to analyze our data. Additionally, in Dynamics 365 CE, we can now utilize Excel templates; that is, we can use the formulas of Excel in an Excel template and import those templates into Dynamics 365 CE to use them. These templates can be shared with other users as well. Once a template is created for an entity, we can use that template for different views of the entity.
