Unmanaged solutions

Every solution that is in the development stage is in an unmanaged category. The default solution that we discussed earlier is also in an unmanaged stage. We can modify the existing components of the unmanaged solution and can also add new components to it. Let's create an example for our HIMBAP Auto Service Center. We can create a solution in which we can add all of the required out-of-the-box entities, and we can also create any new entities that are required. While exporting the solution, Dynamics 365 CE will ask whether we want to export our solution as a managed or an unmanaged solution. If we select an unmanaged solution, it will export an unmanaged solution using the following name format:

<<SolutionName>> _SolutionVersion.zip ...
