Daily standup
During the sprint, team members meet over daily Scrum meetings, which should not go over 15 minutes. These Scrum meetings are managed by Scrum team members. The Scrum Master acts as a team coach who motivates every team member to give their best performance. In daily meetings, team members update the team on the status of their tasks, the next task that they are going to work on, and they discuss roadblocks if there are any. Daily calls help teams to get updates about the status of user stories. Any potential issues can be identified in advance and the team works collectively to resolve them.
