RAD
Rapid Application Development (RAD) is another methodology that is used to implement Agile. RAD is very popular nowadays where the main reason to use this methodology is to build a working prototype of the system quickly and efficiently. This methodology is also very flexible in terms of accepting changes during the development process. Here, less time is spent on planning and the main concentration is on developing a prototype using iterative steps, which helps project managers and stakeholders to accurately measure project progress.
