Custom entities

Custom entities are created by us. If our requirements can't be fulfilled with any out-of-the-box system entities, we can create custom entities. We can create two types of custom entities: standard entities and activity-type entities. Standard entities are similar to out-of-the-box standard system entities such as Account, Contact, and Lead. Activity-type entities are a special entity where we get different special PartyList fields, whereby we can select multiple types of entity records. For example, to a field in an email entity, we can send an email to an account, contact, or user.
