Understanding entity attributes

We know that every entity represents a database table in Dynamics 365 CE, and similarly, every attribute represents a table column in a Dynamics 365 CE database. We can use an attribute to store different types of information based on their data type. Every attribute is created with a specific data type that defines the type of data we can store in that field. When we create an entity in Dynamics 365 CE, Dynamics 365 CE Power Platform creates many out-of-the-box attributes, as shown in the following screenshot:
