How to write a test plan

A test plan can be created manually or can be created using test plan software. To write a test plan, the basic criteria are to understand the product that we are going to test, the target users who are going to use the system, and why the customer is implementing this new system. If we are not clear about these details, it is difficult to write a good test plan document. It is recommended to read the requirement gathering document and learn basic details about Dynamics 365 CE.
