Plugins are another way to apply our custom business logic to extend Dynamics 365 CE capabilities. We can write .NET assemblies that we can bind to specific events to trigger and run our custom logic written in assembly. We will be discussing more on Dynamics 365 CE plugins in Chapter 7, Extending Dynamics 365 CE.
