I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Dynamics 365 CE for Outlook
Another way of accessing Dynamics 365 CE is by using the Outlook client. This client can be installed on top of the Office Outlook client. Once installed, it allows us to access Dynamics 365 CE functionalities within Outlook without needing to navigate to any other window. Using the Outlook client, we can track different entities records, such as appointments, emails, tasks, and contacts. This means you can access a tracked record if and when required from Dynamics 365 CE applications.
