Developing a prototype
In this phase, the design and development of the prototype start. A team works on the requirements gathered in an earlier phase to prepare the UI and data model. Then, they customize the UI based on customer feedback. It is very important to take the approval of the customer for UI before jumping to the development of the code. Once the design and data model is completed, the team starts writing code for requirements.
After unit testing, a prototype is demonstrated to all team members including stakeholders. Stakeholders provide their feedback, and they then communicate to the team which functionality works well and which failed.
