It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

期段階の出資を求めているようなスタートアップ企業では、この形式が適しているで
しょう。しかし、しなければならない他の仕事や管理しなければならない部下が多
い場合には、5日間もまるまるデザインスプリントの作業に費やすのは不可能です。
そこで、デザインスプリントを2時間単位で細かく分割しました。頭がすっきりして
いる午前10時に開始し、正午には終了します。これを毎週火曜日と木曜日に行い、4
週間で1つのデザインスプリントを構成します。我々にとっては、これが最もやりや
すい方法です。火曜日と木曜日の午前10 時から正午というのは、集中した作業に最
