So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

スクラム信 仰者なので、まずはデザインに関する作業が始まる1週間前あるいは数
週間前に、スクラムの世界でまず行うべき作業を洗い出しています。プロダクトオー
ナーを決めて作業項目一覧を作り、チームが集まって継続的に更新を行い、リストに
仮説や仮定が追加されます。これは発見のフェーズと呼ばれます。
彼は続けて、仮説が作業にもたらす効果についても述べています。

作業の方向性について仮説を立てて検証を行ない、その結果を短時間の作業へと分
割して理解することが重要です。その結果として、実行可能なストーリーが得られ
ます。要件に応じて、見た目のデザインが含まれる場合も含まれない場合もあります。
このようにして必要な作業がすべて定まったら、通常のスクラムのしくみに従って作業を進め
ていくことが で きます。プロダクトオーナーはそれぞれの 作 業に優 先 順位を割り当てます。
