It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

実行したい各種の形質転換

を入れた廃液用ビーカーに捨てる。上清を完璧に取り除く必要はない。

細胞の各ペレットにキットの「洗浄液」または「溶液

マイクロ遠心機で

秒間、最高速度で遠心して細胞を回収する。
