め予測するのは容易ではありません。細胞は淡い緑色
になるでしょうか？ それともオリーブ色？ 深い紫
色、あるいは薄い紫色？ さらに複雑なことに、使用する菌株によって、遺伝子回路
で生成される色の量が変わるかもしれません。要素を組み合わせたことで得られる予
期せぬ意外な結果は、「創発的振る舞い」
