Seeing your work broken into categories like this
will help you visualize how you’re really spending
your time, and you may already be getting a sense of
whether this lines up with the goals you identifi ed.
Then, track your time. Once you have your catego-
ries established, begin tracking how much time you
spend doing tasks in each. You can estimate by the
hour, or if you want to dig deeper into your habits,
