should delegate.

Even if the request is coming from your boss, it’s

acceptable to push back and ask these questions.

If you’ve clearly outlined your tasks and goals, the

two of you together will be able to see if this request

doesn’t fi t.

Sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself,

and for the business, is to not take on those tasks that

add little value and instead commit yourself to the

work that matters.
