I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

tives, and what was achieved?
• Future status. Was the project a self-contained
entity that has now completed its goals? Or will
it be incorporated into an ongoing process? If
the latter, who is responsible for that process?
• Risk assessment. Did the project encounter any
pitfalls that endangered its success? Was it in
danger of running signifi cantly over budget or
incurring any other major liabilities?
• Information relevant to other projects. What
lessons can be applied in the future?
