I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

1. List all the activities, with brief descriptions.
2. Record how long each one will take.
3. List all tasks that must be completed before
you start each activity.
4. Draw a diagram showing those task
relationships.
5. Compute the earliest start time for each
activity.
6. Compute the earliest fi nish time for each
activity.
7. Identify the critical path to estimate the entire
project’s duration.
