So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Infrastructure as Codeは、ソフトウェア開発のプラクティスをインフラのオートメーションに活か
すアプローチだ。システムのプロビジョニングと構成 /設定、及びその変更において、統一的で反復可
能なルーチンに重きを置く。変更は定義になり、徹底的な検証を含む無人プロセスを通じてシステム
にロールアウトされる。
この考え方は、現代のツールセットなら、インフラをまるでソフトウェアとデータのように扱えるとい
うことを前提としている。こう考えることによって、VCS（Version Control Systems：バージョン管理
システム）、自動テストライブラリ、デプロイのオーケストレーションといったソフトウェア開発ツール
をインフラの管理に応用することができる。TDD（Test-Driven Development： テ ス ト 駆 動 開 発 ）、 CI
（Continuous Integration：継続的インテグレーション）、CD（Continuous Delivery：継続的デリバリー）
といった開発手法への道も開ける。
