I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

共有される可能性があるサービスとしては、モニタリング、継続的インテグレーション（CI）、 バ グ 追
跡、DNS、アーティファクトリポジトリなどが挙げられる。問題は、複数のチームが摩擦を起こさずに
サービスのひとつのインスタンスを共有できるかどうかである。
たとえば、私のあるクライアントは、人気のある CIサーバーを使っている。サーバーの構成 /設定の
大半は、インスタンス全体に対して効力を持つ。あるチームが構成 /設定を変更したり、プラグインを
インストールしたりすると、それは同じ CIサーバーを使っているほかのすべてのチームに影響を及ぼ
す。これは摩擦の原因となり、関係者全員が矛盾し合う条件をめぐる押し問答のために時間を費やす
羽目になった。
そこで中央のグループが共有CIサーバーの構成/設定の所有権を握ってサーバーの不安定化を防止
することになった。しかし、開発チームは、中央集権的な支配により、自分たちのニーズに合わせて
CIサーバーを使うことができなくなったことに気付いた。間もなく、開発チームは中央のCIチームを
無視して専用の CI サーバーをセットアップするようになった。
その一方で、VCSサービスとアーティファクトリポジトリを共有するチームは、同じ会社でもほとん
