このレベルのテストは、対応するインフラストラクチャのテストインスタンスを作る必要がある。
LoginServiceのアプリケーションサーバーテストでは、テスト用アプリケーションサーバーがこれに
当たる。しかし、ネットワークの構成 /設定や永続データなどのテストでは、ほかのインフラストラク
チャ要素が必要になる場合がある。ネットワークの構成 / 設定を管理するスクリプトや定義ファイル
は、少なくともエミュレートされるインフラストラクチャ要素を立ち上げられなければならない。
