It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

サーバーロールの使い方については、「6.1.4 サーバーロール」で詳しく説明した。個々のロールご
とに別々のサーバーテンプレートを作り、関連するソフトウェアや構成/ 設定を焼き込んでおくと役に
立つ場合がある。その場合、テンプレートの構築、管理のためにより高度な（つまり自動化された）プ
ロセスが必要になるが、サーバーは早く簡単に作れるようになる。
サーバーの機能的なロール以外の理由で異なる数種類のサーバーテンプレートが必要になることが
ある。オペレーティングシステムやディストリビューション、メジャーバージョンが異なれば、それぞ
れのサーバーテンプレートが必要になる。たとえば、CentOS 6.5.x、CentOS 7.0.x、Windows Server
2012 R2、Windows Server 2016 で別々のサーバーテンプレートを作るようなケースが考えられるだろ
う。
それ以外でも、異なる目的のためにチューニングされたサーバーテンプレートを用意することには
