I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Agile values and principles
Agile methodologies have certain values and follow certain principles of software development. These were documented in the Agile Manifesto and the 12 principles of Agile software, written by the thought leaders who created the Agile software development approach. The following are the four core values of the Agile Manifesto:
- Individuals and interactions are valued more than processes and tools. Valuing people is more important than processes and tools. The people are the ones who understand the business and drive the development of the software. Teams will be less responsive to business needs if it is the processes and tools that are more important than the people.
