I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Dealing with challenges
Software projects can be difficult and involve many challenges. A leader stays fully committed through any setbacks. When a development team faces a barrier during the course of a project, a leader should provide motivation to the team and help them move forward. A software architect should be prepared to recognize and acknowledge setbacks and, when one inevitably arises, they should meet it with enthusiasm and help to resolve it Those around you will sense your positive attitude and that can be contagious.
