Assisting people with their goals

When you have the opportunity, help others in your organization meet their goals or solve their problems. You are all working for the same organization. As long as what they are trying to accomplish does not conflict with your own values or the goals of the company, assist people when you can.

Do this without any expectation of getting anything in return. You don't want a reputation as someone who only does favors expecting some personal benefit. If you help your fellow employees, you will be looked upon kindly. At some point, you may need someone else's help, and even though you are not owed anything, you will be more likely to receive that help.
