Learnability

Learnability is the degree to which new users can learn how to effectively use the software system. It is defined in ISO/IEC 25010, which is a series of standards that focus on a number of product quality characteristics. It reflects how easy it is for users to achieve their goals of learning how to use the software system. In addition to new users, learnability also includes how easy it is for experienced users to learn new functionality that is added to the system.

If a software system is usable, then its learnability level will be higher. The system should be intuitive, so that it does not take a lot of time or effort to learn a piece of functionality that is part of the software system.
