Working with remote resources

Plenty of organizations use remote resources for a software project. A remote employee is anyone who performs work away from the office. It is sometimes referred to as telecommuting. Remote resources may be internal employees or those outsourced from another organization. A software architect should be aware of the benefits and challenges of having team members who are not co-located work together.
