Driving change

As a software architect, you may need to drive change within a project or organization. Leaders look ahead to take advantage of opportunities and notice what is currently not working around them. Leaders see these as catalysts to making changes. As was mentioned earlier in the chapter, being a leader means having a vision and being able to communicate that vision to others.
