Exercise 1.4. Building a Better Walk Cycle

You can take the default walk cycle that Character Studio produces, and use that as the foundation for your animation work. There are many ways to make changes to the default walk cycle. We’ll look at a simple approach here. We’ll simply find the points when the feet are locked to the ground, and lower the COM at those frames using the Set Multiple Keys feature. Then we’ll add extra movement in the spine, arms, and head.
