Exercise 12.1. Making a Simple Cognitive Controller

This exercise illustrates how to set up the simplest of cognitive controllers. The scene will contain one delegate that seeks one sphere first, then another. First you’ll set up the behaviors; then you’ll create the cognitive controller that determines when they are used. The purpose of this exercise is simply to familiarize you with the steps involved in setting up cognitive controllers. A later exercise will use a more complex setup.

Load the file SimpleCog01.max from the CD. This scene contains two spheres, a delegate, and a Crowd helper.
