Before generating random scripts, position the bipeds in their initial locations, and set a key on frame 0 for Body Horizontal, Body Vertical, and Body Rotation. Otherwise, these settings will come from the first BIP file in the script, which will probably place the biped somewhere else.
Once the bipeds are positioned, save the MAX file before going into Motion Flow mode. You’ll need this, because the biped you use to set up the Motion Flow Graph will get moved in the process. You’ll want to be able to get back to your original setup before generating random scripts.
