Pose the Backswing

Now we’ll set up the backswing. For the highest point of the swing backward, we want to copy and paste the leg pose from frame 0.

1.
Go to frame 0.
2.
Select the COM, the head, and the biped’s legs.
3.
In the Copy/Paste field, click Create Collection; then click Copy Posture.
4.
In the Copied Postures field, name the posture UPRIGHT.
5.
Go to frame 45. This is the highest point of the backswing.
