Fit the Legs

Now you’ll work further on the legs in the Left viewport to fit them in the mesh. First you’ll work on one leg, and then copy that leg’s rotation and size to the other side of the biped. You can start with either leg.

1.
In the Left viewport, select one thigh, and scale and rotate it so that the knee falls at the right spot on the mesh.
2.
Do the same for the calf, so that the ankle falls at the right spot on the mesh. Note that you can’t freely rotate the calf as you can the thigh, so you may have to revisit the thigh rotation to get the calf within the leg.
3.
Check your work in the Front viewport and make sure the leg still looks right.
4.
Scale the height of the foot to match the bottom of the mesh’s foot. The biped toes will ...
