Adjust the Arm and Spine

Next, you’ll position one arm and the spine. Do one arm first; later, you’ll copy the position to the other arm. You’ll need to work with both the spine and the arm in order to fit the arm to the mesh.

1.
Select the upper part of one arm. In the Front viewport, rotate the arm until it’s parallel to the mesh’s arm. Don’t be concerned if the biped arm doesn’t fall exactly inside the mesh’s arm.
2.
Rotate the clavicle a little so that it points right at the armhole.
3.
Select all Spine links, and make a named selection set called Spine. This will make it easier to select the spine again if necessary. ...
