Perhaps the simplest motion-flow animation consists of one clip looped over and over again. This type of animation is useful for walk cycles and other repeating motion. The key to creating looping animation is to make sure that the pose adopted by the biped at the start of the loop cycle exactly matches the biped’s pose at the end of the loop cycle. When hand-animating, you can best accomplish this match-up by using Copy and Paste Posture in the Copy/Paste rollout. When you already have a BIP file to work with, you can use the Motion Flow tools (or Motion Mixer) to loop your animation.
