Position the Biped’s Legs

Next, you’ll position the biped’s legs.

1.
Select one of the biped’s thighs.
2.
Turn off the Angle Snap Toggle if it’s on, and click Select and Rotate. Notice that the coordinate system has changed to Local. If for some reason it doesn’t change to Local, change it yourself. Also, make sure Use Pivot Point Center is active—select it from the flyout if it’s set to something else.
