This is a quick exercise to help you understand how footstep keys are represented in the Dope Sheet, and their relationship to biped motion.
1. | Load the file mybipedwalk.max that you created in Chapter 4, or load Walk.max from the CD that comes with this book.

2. | Select a biped body part and go to the Motion panel, and click |
3. | Select the Bip01 object in the viewport, right-click and pick Dope Sheet to open the Track View - Dope Sheet window.

4. | On the Dope Sheet toolbar, click
Edit Keys if it’s not already highlighted.
