This 17th edition of the Handbook of Human Resource Management Practice includes new chapters on people management, the conceptual framework of SHRM, artificial intelligence and HRM, skills-based HRM, skills analysis, skills intelligence, role development and innovation skills. Other chapters have been extensively revised and the Handbook has been brought up-to-date by reference to the findings of a number of significant research projects and other investigations of how HRM operates in practice.
